Employee Resource Groups Strengthen Our Culture
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee groups focused on creating a sense of community, belonging, and inclusivity at 天美影院. They are open to all employees of 天美影院.
ERGs support inclusion in the workplace and provide a safe place for employees to come together. ERGs provide networking, support and professional development. Each group鈥檚 work aligns with organizational goals and business priorities.
Simply put, ERGs are powerful ways to engage employees, strengthen our culture and foster inclusion.
Examples of initiatives led by ERGs include:
